  • Wall Street Bound’s mission is to bring diversity to Wall Street by providing students of color with the training, mentorship, and exposure needed to access lucrative career opportunities in the financial services sector.

    At Wall Street Bound, we're revolutionizing access to finance careers for underrepresented students at a critical juncture. Our program stands out for its innovative approach in equipping diverse talent with both technical prowess and essential soft skills needed to thrive on Wall Street.

    What makes us truly unique is our unwavering commitment to bridging the gap between systemic barriers and lucrative opportunities, ensuring that students from diverse backgrounds not only enter the finance industry but excel within it.

  • We serve individuals from underrepresented communities who face systemic barriers to accessing lucrative career opportunities on Wall Street.

    Our program is designed to provide comprehensive support to these students, equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mentorship to succeed in the finance industry.

    Approximately 1/3 of our students are African American, 1/3 are LatinX, and a little less than 1/3 are Asian. 

    Over 85% of our students report that their family's household income is $50,000 or less. 40% of our students identify as female.

  • Yes. Wall Street Bound is a 501c3 nonprofit organization; all donations are tax-deductible.
