Consisting of four modules, which span two to seven weeks each, scholars are guided through instructor-led technical finance and professional skills development sessions, panel discussions with finance professionals, interview prep, resume review, self study, and exam preparation for industry recognized credentials.

Our next cohort starts in January 2026. Sign up for our next info session to learn more:

By working with our instructors, all who have worked in the industry, participants leave with a better understanding of the broad financial services industry, technical requisites, suitable career paths, and a deeper sense of individual purpose and personal motivation.

We seek to:

  • Inspire students to pursue careers in the financial services industry

  • Inform students how they can achieve career goals by providing education, training, and support

  • Instill confidence in students to operate and succeed outside of their comfort zones and current environments
